I’ve not see all of the England/Serbia live. Have not sat through 100% of any other game.
I've enjoyed most of these Euro finals matches but not all, and Scotland-Hungary was definitely in the not all category. Very surprised Scotland with the chance of a 3rd place spot seemed so unwilling or unable to attack Hungary's goal until added time. Zero attempts on goal 1st half and only 1 off target 2nd. Hungary not much better.
All this Scotland penalty fuss, the Scot moved in the way of the defender looking for the pen, tripped the defender. Free kick Hungary

Watching a bit of France v Poland. Nothing outstanding from the French. From the few games I’ve seen no really outstanding teams, though Spain are apparently good, and Austria the most fun tactically.
So if England play anything like the sum of their parts they still have a good chance. This evenings game might see a better performance but as there is zero pressure due to the ultra generous format of this tournament, little will be learned.
