Just looking at the crapn3rd placed teams table and Hungary are sat in the last 16 unless 2 sides can get to 3 points now They have -3 gd Slovenia draw and they go ahead of Hungary so then either Albania or croatia need to win the last game to over take. However there's loads of things thst could happen yet. Serbia could beat Denmark and put them on 2 points and out for example. Czechs would have to beat turkey but 1 goal to go through in 2nd and turkey to get ahead of Hungary on 3 points. The thing is if England win this group they play someone out of this **** pile. It's quite possible both games Tuesday are drawn!
For a team that have beaten Germany and England in recent years, Hungary have been really disappointing.
If england even draw tomorrow I think they top the group. Possible opponents are 3rd placed groups a,d,e or f. Not sure which yet. Hungary,, Austria, Slovakia, Czech. On a normal qualifier England win against those current sides. England are playing about the same as these right now.

I really don't get the idle speculation by pundits. Why not say what I would do if they get rid of Southgate rather than what Southgate should do. Southgate will never do any of this. He's literally going to shaft trent and no give him one more minute this tournament despite his numbers showing he was the only one trying to get something going. Gallagher will come in as the safe older option while the kids will sit it out. No other changes are inbound. That means he will wait for Shaw to come in for the qf (and break down) and that's it.
Southgate has messed Trent around something cruel.
