Not excusing it, but when a player collapses with no challenge you know to an extent what’s going on and it’s bad. Less obvious that it’s a serious medical emergency when a player goes down from a collision following a ball into the box. Obviously hope he’s okay.

I thought this too. Armstrong never really had it under control so instead tried to put his body in the way and very much let himself be bumped over. I was surprised t wasn't given onfiend but not surprised that it didn't get overturned
