The document shows an understanding of Russian red lines. This isnt left or right, its not about morality, there's no goodies and baddies. You need to grow up and understand this
<SWERVE> Putin is not Gorbachev you silly ****. At least you've joined the ranks of Dull and Ktard now, the most brain-damaged ****s on GC clinging to my every post.
It's a summary so a lot of detail is left out, but at four paragraphs the left will still think it's war and peace. Like several of the other lefties, he's been vociferous against any post highlighting the grooming gangs, deflecting and obfuscating at every opportunity. They claim pointing at it is racist, despite there being many examples of white ****s being flagged up and condemned by those they like to call 'the right' They've been challenged many times to call out the rapists, and have consistently refused. The cries of 'racist' against anyone flagging up such issues has resulted in the officials being afraid to act. The lefties like Toby even deny that reality even when there is a mountain of evidence supporting it. All of which leaves the lefties with a lot of blood on their hands.
I remember when the Soviets went into Afghanistan. They were very bad people so they were. Trying to impose their ideology into those poor backward folk. Us Democracy loving peeps would never do a thing like that. We are not barbarians like wot those pesky Ruskies are.
You're not seriously expecting the **** wit to be capable of thinking outside of their binary box are you? They reserve that for facts about the left, where they try to shuffle the topic elsewhere with peculiar non-sequitur. If you find a similar claim from a left leaning voice, which will certainly exist, watch his head spin. He's all giddy because it's Farage.
It's pretty much a given that Labour will have a significant majority and the tories will most likely have their worst ever election. The Libs and greens will get their usual allotment, perhaps with a minor increase, and Reform would do well to get five seats. Given some of the nonsense from all parties, including the greens and libs that mean they are never really going to have any power, why are the lefties, and some others so afraid of Farage and his one man band?
I feel that if there is anybody in here qualified to talk about what Ukranian people think about Putin then it's me. I can honestly say that the Russian speaking Ukranians that I know were not at all keen on Putin making war on their country. Not one bit. His insistence that he went in to save his Russian brethern is surprisingly similar to what Hitler was saying circa 1938 tbh and doesn't explain why he had to nick a big chunk of Ukraine a few years earlier. Probably to stop Nato getting their filthy hands on all that oil I should think.
Having spent time in Ukraine, and speaking to some here, and also knowing people that work with them, you are right and there is no love for Russia from them. Talking to some Russians here, they left after the fall of communism, saying that the gangsters that replaced it were far, far worse than the communists. None of that really changes anything Farage has said, which is simply that he did not like Putin and the actions of the west gave Putin the excuse he needed, especially with some of the promises the west certainly made. Putin also saw the west being impotent in reacting to his previous invasions. If the west were serious, rather than putting troops in pre-invasion to 'threaten' Putin and then pulling them out, they should have left them there to defend Ukraine, or at least given Ukraine the resources to deal with it.
Until we admit what we got wrong, we will never have a lasting peace Farage. "So, let me set the record straight. I am not and never have been an apologist or supporter of Putin. His invasion of Ukraine was immoral, outrageous and indefensible. As a champion of national sovereignty, I believe that Putin was entirely wrong to invade the sovereign nation of Ukraine. Nobody can fairly accuse me of being an appeaser. I have never sought to justify Putin’s invasion in any way and I’m not now. What I have been saying for the past 10 years is that the West has played into Putin’s hands, giving him the excuse to do what he wanted to do anyway. Even though he was on the radio last night (Friday) denying it, former Labour cabinet minister George Robertson, who later became head of NATO, has also recently made clear that Putin’s fears about EU expansion helped cause the war. He is on the record – twice - in his New Statesman article in May and a BBC interview in February of this year." https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/20...n-ukraine-been-catastrophic-i-wont-apologise/
Because he's a fascist, and anyone with the slightest acquaintance with 20th century history, ought to be concerned about the rise of fascism which we are currently witnessing throughout Europe and America
Labels, labels. The left are just fixated by labels. Given he's made it very clear it's about the individual over race, and that there are too many controls from a central regime, he's a pretty rubbish fascist. Starmer meets the definition far better than Farage does. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/fascism
