And have said that, while they are recommending their members to vote Labour in this election, they aren’t giving them a blank cheque, and will hold a Labour government to account over worker’s rights.
Effective? There's still a fair amount of ill feeling within the party, but it doesn't seem to get the same media coverage, but I struggle with 'effective' given he's clearly rattled on interviews despite having no real opposition. Also, moving to the centre ground during campaigning, suggests he'll shift back to the unpopular measures that have cost them for the past years, so he's duplicitous at best. Do you genuinely see anything in him that suggests he's got what it takes to run the country, and if so, what exactly?
Do you think that represents a democratic position? It sounds like something that will ensure the railways remain ****e and hamstring green policies.
I think that’s how democracy works; no one gets everything they want, but if we wake up on June 5th with a Labour Government and the Tories in the bin, I’ll be happy enough with that. Then we’ll find out what Starmer’s made of.
I think you'll get both of those wishes, but even a staunch lefty like you is clearly nervous about keith's ability to be PM even with what is liable to be a massive majority. He'll be there because the tories are absolutely ****e, not because he offers anything meaningful.
Those that voted Tory did so mainly because of the ridiculous levels of immigration since 1997 . Each Tory leader has promised to cut immigration but instead imported numbers that Sir Tony could only dream of , so they are dumping the party & their token curry munching unelected puppet they installed . Labour voters would vote for a steaming dog **** if it was presented with a red ribbon & always will . They are the serf class kneeling to their multimillionaire Sir Ham face . More war more bank bail outs more rainbow bullshit more Muslims & negroes & more carbon bollocks & more poverty enriching Sir Starmer & his war hawk banker owners
The red rosette no longer represents the labour party they signed up for, but they still just trot along like sheep.
