I'm seriously starting to think that Southgate is only putting these subs on so that when we concede he can say 'well that happened when the subs were on' and justify starting the same eleven next game to himself.

 

Why is the pitch affecting England players so much more than Denmark?

Canny shameful this performance like imo. Jude very lucky to stay on, looks absolutely knackered. These lads have something to prove at least and have a bit of time

 

Would have taken Bellingham off rather than Foden personally, but it's certainly bold changes, all big players coming off.
