Thanks - hadn't had a chance to listen to this yet...album is due in a couple of months I think

 

Three hour set from Dave Grohl last night....



Good show, but I've seen them play much better than that before. The venue didn't help, not a fan of Hampden for a gig, the sound quality is always poor and it's a nitemare to get to

 

He does put on a good show

Bit of Pete Tong Ibiza Classic - had a good dance about to this one...

And East Kilbrides finest, Jesus and Mary Chain, back with some new material...

 

Then jnr went and trumped her with this belting soundtrack album from Mogwai...



I love this album, have it on in my car all the time, but have never managed to find it on vinyl so I'm well chuffed.

If you've not seen the series, it's highly recommended. Written by Roberto Saviano who wrote Gomorrah, it's about a massive drug deal running from Mexico to Italy via Africa and follows all the different threads involved in bringing the deal to a close...fantastic TV, aided by this soundtrack

 

Bit of a Pip Blom sound to this - very different to the original though!

 

Heard this on a Prime advert and liked it so much I had to find out who it was. Gratified to find it was Christine and the Queens.....

 

The England game reminded me of this...
