In fairness obviously Chaos is going out of his way to try and make this controversial and artificialy create discourse but this isn't a "new" idea. There's tons of Englishmen who weren't born in England over the centuries. Rudyard Kipling, George Orwell, JRR Tolkien, Audrey Hepburn, Bradley Wiggins, Florence Nightingale, Sid James, Cliff Richards, etc...
