Poor Bangladesh Hridoy was given out lbw by the umpire, which he reviewed successfully as it was clear the ball was going down the leg side and missing the stumps. The ball had in fact clipped his pad and run away for four leg byes. With the comments made by some in the Australian camp, notably Hazlewood, there will be a lot of questions for them to answer if they do lose. Perversely, saying those things puts pressure on them to win to avoid any controversy. They don’t want a cloud over them for the rest of the tournament.
