If it happens it will obviously make Reform a redundant party but I thought this might be the end plan for some time.
It's no good this time around of course, but who knows what the future holds.

I have. I have listened to several things. Here is some more

"Immigration is at a record high under this government – a complete failure. We need to bring it down". This was Keir Starmer. This is also Mr Starmer, "We have to make the case for freedom of movement." The two statements from the same person are incompatible.

Saying ‘we’ll send them back to France’ will simply enrage the French. Farage may not care (he probably doesn’t) but there is another problem; a lot of these people have no paperwork. Their nationality can’t be proven. This is deliberate in order to prevent themselves being sent back. They have essentially made themselves stateless.
Whilst this is infuriating and illegal, there isn’t a great deal we can do - unless we completely ignore the UN charter of human rights and prevent them from landing at all.
That may appeal to some in here - and Farage may intend on doing that - but if the world community decide that it’s illegal and close ranks then their response would potentially make the Brexit debacle look like an absolute breeze.

Starmer's a lucky PM in waiting.
The Tories are 20points behind because of their incredible ineptitude and habit of.....if it can go wrong we'll make sure it does, eg the latest D Day and betting cock ups.
The cost of Covid, Ukraine and uncontrolled immigration are other obvious factors although why anyone thinks Starmer will control immigration is for the fairies.

It will be fascinating after July 5th how Starmer deals with eg ASLEF and the Doctor's disputes.
He and Angela have said for over a year 'it's just a matter of getting round the table'................presumably giving them what they want (especially ASLEF) with nothing back in return.
    It's going to be fun.

As I said in a previous post, we can all find instances to back up our dislike for particular politicians,

btw has there ever in history been a politician that doesn’t contradict themselves, often in the same sentence? <laugh>, I’m sure however he’d say free movement and immigration are two different things. Not saying I agree though.

I’d be careful about celebrating too hard.
As I said before; the electoral system is engineered to ensure it’s only Labour or the Tories that get in.

Reform UK OVERTAKE the Tories for the first time in an opinion poll

    https://mol.im/a/13527661

I don’t support Reform (as I’ve said) but I do admit this makes things a bit more interesting.

The thing is RR - if Reform come a close second in EVERY constituency in the UK, it’s possible for them to poll DOUBLE the votes of the party that wins the election - and still end up with few - or no - seats.
Maybe they will join with the LibDems and get that fixed <laugh><laugh>

Reading this thread and noting your ability to post things that are untrue, I think your not sure on anything.

In regards to politicians I can note this politicians own pledges that highlight how untrustworthy they are, Its Johnsonesque in it's level.

    Mr Starmers ten NON pledges.

Take up my challenge then and show me a politician that doesn’t contradict themselves

actually don’t bother, it’s a stupid argument anyway, they all do it. If you think otherwise you’re even more naive than I thought.

I would have liked to vote for Nige & Reform, but I know that secures Labour even more......and I can't do that...
Starmer and his fellow dull members will do nothing to improve anything....the sums they provide do not add up...
What a bloody mess we're in..
    Ahh well, onto the Euros!!!

A vote for Tories is stopping Reform from taking top spot-you do realise if every Brexiter votes reform their in.

Polls are polls, when people actually go to vote across the Country, the polls go out the window..
Labour will win by a Country mile.......very scary and sad times mate..
