Anyone getting excited about the Euros? It's not a bad filler while we wait for our promotion season I guess. I'm not holding out much hope for Scotland unfortunately and wondering if England can hold it together for once. France to win it is my guess.
I’ll watch it. Too many nations in it though. My first World Cup in 1970 had just 16 was memorable. Next WC will now have 48 nations.
Jocks to be on the first plane home after the group games - with severe headaches and puke covered Scotland shirts. Anything for a piss up. Will the Scotland and England teams be sharing the same plane? Then again the Jocks, tight buggers, could be on a knackered old bus. Should we have a separate Euros thread? Keep all that away from our more important stuff.
Very unlikely ...but I have a colleague who is visiting and his son is doing some commentary and a ticket may drop my way. Most likely it will be fan zone in Frankfurt for big matches.....open 1 till 11pm and a floating TV in the middle of the Main river.

How did Scotland qualify? Germany were good but the opposition were frankly garbage and made it so easy for them. Their manager reckoned 4 points would be a realistic target . They’ll be lucky to get 0.
