You won’t get a 30 + goals scorer in Scottish football unless you spend at least 10million. It s unrealistic to expect more for a player who cost under 5m

the reason most are playing their trade in SPL is due to either being youth / potential or jobbers

To put that in context, Shankers missed 8 big chances.

He would have been a bit-part striker if Roofe, Danilo, Sima had managed more than 8 games between them.

He's easily the most frustrating striker I've ever seen as a Rangers fan, a guy who gets himself into great positions and all he has to do is shoot, but he feints and cuts inside onto his weaker foot, then blasts it at the GK, or blazes it over etc.

Against Dross County, he had 2 brilliant chances to put sevvy 2 up and finish the game and fluffed them, then Tav, Lunny and the lads let guys who played for Morecambe and Oxford City last seaon, waltz into are box and score 3 goals.

He's a diddy, a lovely big diddy, but a diddy. I wish he wasn't but he is.

We went into last seasons transfer window releasing a fat Colombian who had chucked it, and an erratic African, and somehow managed to spend £18m on strikers and end up in a worse position.
