I rarely respond and request actual evidence... Usually, faith is good enough for me but I thought it'd be interesting to see where this (very broad ranging) sum comes from.
Likely, but he does have a year left on his contract, which gives us some extremely small bargaining power.
Doesn't Wilson still live in Bournemouth though? I understand that he's not moved up here, so his willingness to go off to the middle east might not go down well with with his lass.
We're under FFP FFS. Just certain thick twats don't understand it and report bollocks. £105m loss is the FFP threshold. With last 3 years accounts looking at base line we're £164m loss £164m - £105m That makes us £59m over the FFP limit Now take into account there is an allowable deductions to be had on top of that £66.8m of fixed tangible assets and associated costs which is an allowable deduction from FFP. This includes purchase of Strawberry Place, Improvements to Stadium, Training ground, Academy and women's team. We've actually got some coin to spend between now and end of June. Not much - But enough to fund James Trafford for example
Hold up, proper research rather than wild speculation? You know full well there is no place for it on this forum...
The fans say the journalists don't have access to the clubs finances while at the same time advise the clubs finances. I'm not being a **** which I basically am as we all know, but the reality is we can choose to believe the journalists or the fans...I personally believe Jacobs on this. I hope the fans are right.
I think it’s likely that we are closer to the FFP line than people want to believe. Crikey the club said it themselves in January. Eales and Howe both said FFP was a problem. If it was a problem then it is still now.
There's been some fairly specific numbers quoted around PSR and spend. Ultimately the club doesn't have a lot to spend this summer unless Guimareas is sold of course.. I think that's fairly clear.
