    Go understand the word "expensive"

IE a BMW is expensive and ford is not, £10k on a holiday is expensive 3k is not.
Me sitting at home living it up while you work to pay my pension, priceless <laugh>

    PS
Will not be in my 60s when I retire

Lefties are a bit dim, I can even see kids voting reform as they are fed up with Labour and Torys

All parties want some form of improvement in our relationship with the EU.

Caroline Lucas of the Greens has openly admitted today on tv they want the discussion.

Ed Davey of the Lib Dems has said about joining the single market.

I'm sure Keir has made similar comments in recent times.

All parties avoid bringing it into the open except for the Greens who are full on about it or Caroline Lucas certainly is.

The lefties seem to confuse the EU with Europe.

EU is not run by right wing parties. They polled less than 30% in the Euro elections, well behind the centre-right coalition, about equal with the left wing parties in fact.

Let the simpletons spout their noncesense, if they read beyond the headlines they'd realise the far-right parties got a fraction of an increase.

Ironically they'd probably want to rejoin if the EU was far-right <laugh>

The 'far right' tag seems to be a moveable feast.

For example, the middle ground parties, such as EPP have moved further right such as on immigration, climate and security.

Wouldn't bet against Macron. The French tend to close ranks when the far right seem to be making prògress.

Uber Von der Layen holds the whip hand at present, but only by giving concessions to the other parties. They have a vote on her leadership soon, which will have an impact on the French elections because her own party there doesn't support her, and it comes at a time her friends in Germany are much weaker, so it could see her out on her ear, which is liable to be a further shift to the right to try to placate people.

Whoever gets it needs to keep everyone else sweet, which didn't tend to happen before the weekend results.
