Mackerel vindaloo with a pig’s head samosa- not too spicy 9/10 A sort of steak tartare thing on a tomato with some sort of cheese (goat I think) 9.5/10 Leek in a white garlic sauce with some other **** 7/10
why? so you can put 2 things that don’t go together and in the process ruin what cultures pride themselves on? but then again this is culture less England init
I don’t think a random restaurant in Sussex dabbling in flavour combinations is going to affect traditional restaurants who tweaked their food for a British palate anyway. Anyway curry and chips bangs. Chinese and chips bangs. Pizza and chips bangs. We only improve these things.
I’d have gone with pickle but nothing wrong with a cucumber. Especially when it goes up your arse but also nice in sandwiches.
