I’m fairly late to the party here with this one but Mrs K and me have started watching The Fall. There seems to be some decent stuff coming out of Northern Ireland.
Strap yourself in. I watched it without the Mrs, she hardly watches anything too busy watching people chat ****e on that tik tok. But this one got enough social media coverage she started mentioning it about 4 weeks after I watched it. If stuff get that much coverage on social media ya know it's nuts! Last one I rememer her mentioning cause of social media was the documentary about the girl who was kidnapped twice in America cause the family thought the bloke doing it was the bollocks (religion was the background) and midway through the Dad just causally drops in that the bloke was that charasmatic he went for a drive with him to talk about it after the first kidnapping and ended up noshing him off! Sent from my ipoehn (hope you get this reference)
Do yourself a favour and only watch seasons 1 & 2 Treat it like The Godfather and pretend the 3rd instalment didn't happen
Afterwards, if you're interested in the background of the story, look into the individual who executive produced Gadd's Fringe Festival show "Cheese and Crack Whores." He didn't participate in Baby Reindeer and hasn't worked with Gadd for several years for some particular reason. But without him and his actions, Baby Reindeer would never have been made. And I will say no more. Defamation/libel and whatnot.
Sorry I got it wrong. He ****ed him off. Abducted in plain sight on Netflix. Absolutely mental documentary.
That was just crazy, all of them should have been locked up, I was struggling to believe that it was true
Remarkable isn't it. The alleged real life woman is seeing netflix for 170m saying amongst other things she has never stalked anyone. At least two other individuals have come forward and identified themselves as victims of hers. Nutcase.
Aye. Watched that on Friday. It's mad how much money average footballers can earn and how poorly they then manage their finances. The whole conspiracy thing is mental - why would they assume he faked his death and why, when his family believe this have they refused to collect his DNA samples? Actually felt sorry for his 2nd wife, seems as though she knew nowt about his UK wife
Watched it when it came out years ago. It's pretty good. Very good at times, a bit melodramatic at others. Didn't regret watching it by any means. Some really interesting characters well acted.
New series of The Boys just started, seen the first episode seems like it might be a good one. Bit less goofy slapstick violence and more character driven.
