Not sure if anyone watching it but already been a few shocks in the group stages, Eng v Aus today and the Aussies have mullered us for 201 off their 20, need a Joss Buttler masterclass

Mot and Jos should have be relieved of their duties after the last World Cup.

Buttler is a shocking captain, and appointing Mott was like Acun appointing Shota

I agree, Buttler doesn't come anywhere near Morgan, he comes across as just too nice.

Bairstow looks overweight and out of form.

    Time to get rid.

Nobody understands it! ‘Gut feel’ according to Buttler. Meanwhile Archer who’s had Warner out 9 times in 19 overs looks on…

Well that was a spanking in T20 terms, looks like we trying to bully people with pace and Woodsy is woefully underdone, as for the batting, dear me, changes to be made for next game me thinks

Makes no sense trying to attack Australia of all teams with pace. Take pace off but NOT with part timers like that Jacks and Lancy gobshite Livingstone

Harry Brook looks woefully out of form. I’m bring Duckett in to add another left hander to the batting line up.

If Scotland win tonight it could be that England may not qualify.

uganda's 43 year old spinner frank nsubuga set a t20 record with stingy bowling figures of 4-2-4-2 in uganda's win over papua new guinea the other day.

i think that's a bit ott. why on earth brook would be batting at 6 is beyond me.

if aus were to tactically lose to scotland, there wouldnt be enough points for england to qualify.

Thank **** for the Euros is all I’ll say.

Though the USA fans reaction to winning was funny, it didn’t look like they understood how or what they’d won or who they just beat, just that they had somehow won this weird sport that isn’t baseball.

I was listening to a yank who'd be invited in for part of the commentary on one of the games, and he was trying his hardest to equate it to baseball because he knew fk all about cricket, even tried to argue that catching the ball in cricket without gloves is the same as the fkrs that use a glove, complete plank. Needless to say he didn't seem to stay long.

Bairstow should be batting 3, he used to be brilliant at the top of the innings. This is probably his last tournement.

The game plan is woeful though. Mott should have gone after the ODIs, and Buttler isn’t cut throat enough to captain. He’s too emotional. Curran was our best one day player at one time and a match winner. Pace isn’t the way to go on these small grounds with used pitches. 50% of balls are cutters and slower balls. Topley needs to be in too. The leadership in the white ball game has been nothing but horrific lately and there’s loads of talent about.

What do we do going forward, stick or twist?

Stick with the same misfiring batting line up or try something different?

In relation to Brook, he looked iffy in the last warm up and no better yesterday. We were discussing him at work today and one of the blokes said, and I quote, “ He doesn’t look like he’s got a six in him, it looks like he’s forgotten how to bat”.

He’s a class player and form is only temporary but at the moment he looks out of sorts. The amount of times he tried late cutting against Pakistan in the last wam up was ridiculous. He either found a fielder or , as in most cases, completely missed the ball.

Of course, it’s all about opinions.

Pakistan absolutely blew that game, albeit a great bowling and fielding performance by India.
