Sometimes the manager/coach has to play the style demanded by the players at his disposal. He may prefer a different style,but doesn't have the players available to play it to effect. If Pep tried to play his style with less skilful players,it probably wouldn't work.
He was regarded highly by Mowbray as a coach. Happy if he is still here in that capacity. Needs to be something Jansen is ok with though.

Please please please let's not turn Henderson into Mr Sunderland. He's He's done nothing to earn it. He played maybe 100 games for us and left when a better opportunity came along. Not a criticism of him. Just a rational as to why we shouldn't treat him like some sort of club icon or the club's prodigal son.

I thought we'd adopted the city model throughout our squads, playing out from the back in a 4231 I disagree with all this succession talk, going from manager to like, but better, is almost impossible to what's available in a time frame.
