I know mate it's just mental, I've been to a few greek islands, Rhodes, Crete, Kefalonia and you just dont walk anywhere unless you are in a built up area, ie Town or Village or at least have an air conditioned car near by.

 

Only trouble with water, it would heat up really quickly in those temps, unless you have it in a small flask. Even so, it would get you through the first hour.
