It’s easy but won’t happen. Try keeping our proven quality players like Summerville and Gray. Get rid of all the dead weights at this level Cooper Shacks Gelhardt etc. either over the hill or won’t ever make it. One can but hope

He is probably staying because nobody else wants him , even if he manages to find a club it will be league 2 ha ha , maybe he likes getting X amount each week and not making horrendous mistakes while warming the bench
What about adding Rutter to the sale we can find another good dribbler and a goalscorer for his place , we would What about Rutter add him to the sale , we would get about 25m - 30m for him and would save on his 70,000 pounds a week wage , we would not miss his goal scoring as he only got 7 goals in league this season that's 1 goal in 6.5 matches which is useless , it should be 1in 2 matches also we could get a good dribbler , get Rutter sold
