I said Sunak is an aggressive little debater, you can see him absolutely chomping at the bit, he tries to run at questions before she's even finished asking. He can't stand letting Starmer finish an answer.
How would you know Starmer has answered the question, he changes his mind at least twice with every sentance

It's about matching the energy, but Starmer is considerably slower speaker. Rishi is the hare and Stamer is the tortoise.
