Hecky had no money to work with, do homework on their clubs debts, his squad still had to be managed to get up, no additions during his time there of any substance.
It's a bit troubling that you don't mention tactics anywhere. Or man management. Or a history of developing youth players.
You know what, Bob? I wouldn't dismiss his ability as a coach. But people want an exciting appointment, something that makes a statement. He's not that, people would see him as a Beale-like appointment. That's not a fair assessment of him but that's what people would think.
I don't think we are holding Beale up as a yardstick of success. If being better than Beale is what he brings then he doesn't bring enough.
Young modern coach with examples of being able to use multiple systems and not be stuck playing one way. There's a reason he's been talked about so much
I haven’t at any point started ****ing over Still. Still doesn’t have a massive failure at a club in an almost identical place to us on his CV though. Leeds and Sunderland similarities are crazy. Good young squad expected to challenge not buying big. He ****ed it. Totally.
How many games did he drop points lately. So maybe his systems didn't work, he ran out of new ideas, a bit like TM
A lot less than Hecky has historically. Hecky has absolutely nothing to back his appointment with. Integrity and being a nice fella doesn’t get us up mate.
Had a lot going on behind the scenes to be fair and he wanted to leave, it was ever since the board told him they would not be recruiting the players he needed to continue the europe push they were on
Doesn't suggest fools then Beale mentioned fighting with keeper? Could you add anymore to that? Was Beale fighting with keeper cause he doesn't suffer fools or was Beale the one being a tit?
apart from TM only had one way of playing and for some reason constantly stuck with the 4231 that wasn't working at the time
