Huge gamble for Chelsea ...

Given the squad we went down with and the additions brought in we were always in with a chance of bouncing straight back ... the concerns for Chelsea will be the lack of a real plan B if the pass them to death mantra ain't working ... we lost a few on the bounce after teams worked us out and I'm not entirely convinced that fixing that was really down to him as it coincided with an emergency team meeting put together by senior players and a noticeably more direct approach from then on in ...

He's got a much better (and deeper) squad at his disposal now, of course - but will be interesting to see what he does if they lose a couple on the bounce...
