Friends arriving soon for BBQ.

Have sausages, burgers, bacon (for burgers), chicken skewers, veg skewers, pork belly and of course steaks.

Missus sorting all the salads and sides.

Garden bar fully stocked with beers, wines, rums, vodka, JD, gins and more.

It's gonna be a big one!

Some are staying over, so also have supplies in ready for a cooked breakfast too.

The remains of Friday's chicken wings, which have congealed somewhat, but are still bangin.

 

Mrs was away for the weekend so I was in charge of food for me and the kids (10 and 4)

Friday - Wild garlic carbonara
Saturday - Rib eye, chips and broccoli
Sunday - Japanese fish curry

Sausage sarnies, ham sarnies etc thrown in to pad things out.

Today, back on the salad boxes for work. Spicy chicken thighs for the meat factor.

 

Is that Japanese Fish or Japanese Curry? Not a fan of Japanese Curries - very bland but I am sure a Blow-Fish Curry would be interesting.

 

Currently having my standard work breakfast of a large mocha from costa.

 

It was a Japanese curry, with fish. Tasty enough, as you say, not much depth of flavour, but the kids like it so we have em once a month maybe.

 

Sausage Sandwich day today - bit of brown sauce.
Also the sarnie shop have started selling baked goods by a local lass (she's very good)... Got myself a Boost Blondie... Ate it already. Was so good... Boosts are the king of chocolate bars, IMO.
