Look round all of the top clubs in Europe. Pretty much all have one or two members of the coaching staff that were in post before the current manager/head coach. Its really not the big deal you think it is.

Well done for avoiding the question because you know the answer doesn't fit what you want to believe
Dodds and Proctor staying does impact a potential head coach coming in and is a factor in who will come in thats not guesswork thats fact
just look at Beale he did not bring his team with him
Well, it clearly hasn't been a problem at any of the clubs I've just referred to.I mean it is a big deal and has an impact on a head coach coming in there is no getting away from that
Why would Still be better ? Explain
Yep. The playbook. Same as others who left like Gooch etc. Really hard done by and you look at the club last year. Bunch of kids with no experience on the field and more importantly in the dressing room, around the AOL etc. Look how it ended for us. Getting whooped with no spine or experience to dig in. Always trying to be too clever he.
Time to go.
Maybe rosenior played that way due to the players he had available?Rosenior’s philosophy and way of playing is practically the same as beale….deep block…sideways passing, slow and boring which is what we have had since Jan
Still is more an aggressive press and a high tempo way to play
That's how Rosenior set up at Hull. It doesn't mean he's not capable of setting up differently. The squad we have is arguably more suited to a possession-based style. Still doesn't set up in that kind of way.Rosenior’s philosophy and way of playing is practically the same as beale….deep block…sideways passing, slow and boring which is what we have had since Jan

Can see Kristjaan singing this in the showerHe looks like 80s Morrisey. I'm therefore 100% on board with giving him a club record contract. Chances like this don't come along very often.

Still similar to MowbrayRosenior’s philosophy and way of playing is practically the same as beale….deep block…sideways passing, slow and boring which is what we have had since Jan

That’s a poor comparison if you don’t mind me saying, I very much doubt any of those coaches would have been in charge of such a disastrous run that Dodds had. And I would suggest that also affected him mentally.Well, it clearly hasn't been a problem at any of the clubs I've just referred to.
Interseting that it's all still speculation. Nobody has been anounced as Lens manager yet
That's got nothing to do with his ability to work as part of a coaching team though. That’s a poor comparison if you don’t mind me saying, I very much doubt any of those coaches would have been in charge of such a disastrous run that Dodds had. And I would suggest that also affected him mentally.
I don’t think either are true. Rosenior has his team adjusting within games, Still’s has been defensive since Jan.‘I think you are losing the plot making things up. And your comparison has nothing to do with the circumstances at SunderlandThat's got nothing to do with his ability to work as part of a coaching team though.
Of course it has. Other clubs have members of their coaching teams who were there before the current manager was appointed. If Dodds and Proctor stay, we'll have members of the coaching team who were here before the current (prospective) manager was appointed. And your comparison has nothing to do with the circumstances at Sunderland
