They're looking for an investment because they have far too much debt and a massive wage bill.

They can't sign players due to obvious reasons.

If they don't find an investor they genuinely could go into admin

Where does this leave them now, is there a time frame where they need to have a new investor take them over? can they start the new season without one? Textor wants them apparently but he will need to sell his stake in Palace first, all that will take time, do Everton have that time?

They need new money pretty much straight away as 777 have been loaning EFC money to pay the day to day expenses .
