Moyes. Whoever takes over from Bruce would have to work with the squad we have and only add a couple of players per year. Moyes have proved at Everton that he has what it takes to work with a restricted budget, and not being forced to sell anyone (or being able to replace the ones we do lose) would be a dream for him imo. MON, Benitez etc would all demand/need to rebuild the team once more, and if they couldnt I am not sure they have what it takes.
