There’s a Bella Italia I walk past in B-town when I pick the missus up from work. Dozens of great places to eat within half a mile and it’s always mobbed. I assume it’s dirt cheap.
Me too... don't get me wrong, I also love just lying by the pool with a good book and a cold beer - but don't see the point in going somewhere and not exploring the history and culture ... enjoy.
Yeah got tbh, I couldn't be arsed with the beach these days... One thing I have noticed getting older is the amount of moles that have appeared, yet when I was younger I barely had any - the consequences of not wearing a t shirt or sun cream on the beach when young. So I'd be joining you and find a small bar on the way for refreshments and chilling out.
Do you see much smoking on the Island? I only ask because when the smoking rules first came in over there (Spain), some small bars/premises were able to get around the rules or were just ignoring them.
Not much at all but now and then. It would piss me off if there was loads doing it so it's certainly not a problem.
Got my P45 and they’ve overpaid me for holiday I took but they never recorded properly. Good times. Got a couple of interviews next week. One with an evil conglomerate similar to the evil conglomerate I used to work for and one with a company who work with evil conglomerates to make them more successful and probably evil.
My short lived modelling career is over before it started lol. Heard from the chap at Boden today who said that they’ve dropped their menswear range, so they won’t be needing me after all. Probs a kind way of saying we don’t want any 50 year old dad bod geezers ruining our photoshoots. Anyway, my missus did get the gig so she’s well excited for that. Plus she looks a lot better in a bikini than I do. So it’s probs for the best.
