That's bad timing.

 

Minging down here this morning too

Have to do some work this morning and then take my old dear to a Hosp appt this afternoon

So the grey day kinda reflects the dull day ahead anyway

 

Want to get 20k steps in but also have to stay in until 5:30 potentially for some bod to pick up my old work stuff. They said it had to be boxed up so I’ve got a Cheese and Onion Walkers box from Bossman down the road. Considered leaving a note inside but they’re giving me three months’ dough in a few weeks so probably best not.

 

20k isn't easy. Been doing about 16k a day out here.

 

I’ve done 60k over the last two days. Average was slipping a bit but for the last year I’m averaging 15259. It’s a lot easier down here where it’s interesting compared to suburbia where I was before.

 

Haven't got time for those numbers there's beer to consider.
