If they lived here and were around Wessies every day, hearing what they think of Hull and Hull people, I hope they would have a rethink
Good to see England U17's are through to the quarter-finals of the European championship in Cyprus. So far beat France & Spain 4-0 & 3-1 respectively, though lost to Portugal 4-1. Though, France beat Portugal yesterday 2-1, a pretty open contest.
A long contract doesnt mean they will have to pay up for the five years. Unless they dont learn from sensible people there will be early termination clauses.
How does that work? I thought in order to make a position redundant you can't hire anyone new into that role for a certain length of time?
Mr Ineos wielding his commercial hammer? , maybe like at West Ham there are too many unecessary or cosy positions , or he’s just decided to begin a change in culture
Maybe hoping Ten Hag applies - save Ineos the embarrassment of sacking the bloke who just won them the FA Cup
If the role remains, it wouldn't be a redundancy, even if it's voluntary. It would in effect be a resignation with a severance payment (not a redundancy payment).
