I'm hoping that in my 9 hour drive from my dad's place in Cigne, Ambrieres Les Vallèes back to Leeds tomorrow, an announcement is made so I can read all about it with a well earned French beer I'm bringing back.

Wonder if @Smug in Boots knows the area.

I don't know it that well but we've been through it on the way to the ferry ports a few times.

We stayed at Lassay les Chateaux once, for a few days, and had a look around but I can't remember Ambrieres tbh.

Lovely area though, great for people who like the outdoors.
