Whats folks thoughts on the lad Bell at CB? Looks a cracking player the couple times I've seen him, only 17 as well
I have to admit I'm only watching this as an U21 contest ... ... it's impossible to gauge how they'd do in the Championship imo.
For those interested, the final is next weekend at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The Spurs side is very strong as they’ve included all their returning loan players from EFL sides. Includes Soonsup-Bell , Alfie Devine and Ashley Phillips
Hard to judge anyone that came in in Jan really, looking forward to seeing him and mundle under the new regime
Still early days mate, came in to a struggling team, with no real manager and he wasnt match sharp. Think he will be a solid enough player for us, def be a better cb than lb imo
Not sure it's just Watson they rate higher, Taylor has played fullback most of the time this season. He's a good player at this level and will have a good career if he continues to be a model pro, if I was advising him i'd be saying go and play in the National League, it's a good standard and EFL/SPFL clubs are watching it every week.
All depends where he sees himself playing. He looked a prospect on the wing at 17yr old but the loan move to Hartlepool has seemed to have killed his progression up until him going to RB this season. At 21 yr old he's not done enough to say he's going to get in the first eleven.
Was he the one who was in the long foot race with the Reading forward and held him off with his pace and strength? Saw the ball out for a goal kick.
Did see that bit mate, wee one is playing up tonight so havent been watching the game closely He does look like hes got a bit of pace about him, i like fieldson as well - he could do with a loan move in the summer tho as needs to play against senior pros
