So this is it then, end of season. While we may have had our hope raised until April, we've achieved almost exactly what was expected/demanded. We wanted top4 and a return to CL football- Done with plenty to spare We wanted A cup win- Done, ok we probably wanted the EL more than the LC, but still is a cup win. We've seen a whole host of young players break into the squad and show they have bright futures. The only real downs, the constant injuries (mainly to the same players), the inconsistency of our finishing, our slow starts and Klopp leaving Considered in a whole it has been a relatively good season.
