Artic Monkeys are one of the bands where mine and my 16 year old daughters (I'm 51) music tastes crossover as both we enjoy them. Being able to see them in concert with her and both of us genuinely loving it was a great experience. She's at a Taylor Swift concert tonight .....I'm not
My list is prob more of an over played list rather than over rated, songs I no longer really enjoy as they've been played to death.....November Rain, Sweet child o' mine, Smells like teen spirit, killing in the name in the 'rock' category....in the softer rock category, similar to some comments on Kings of Leon, i'll chuck in most of what the Stereophonics have done after their first 2 albums into that category as well.
I’m not convinced anyone likes Nickleback as a band. They’re just a dad rock meme. How You Remind Me is their own listenable song.
Bruce Springsteen. Never really understood why he is so popular .Other than 'Born to Run', his material has been lacking in originality and sound.
Yeah, it’s weird. It’s like Jess Glynne. I know Taylor Swift fans, Lana Del Rey fans etc. I don’t know any Jess Glynne fans but she keeps making music for Jet2 adverts. Where is this demand for artists that don’t have a dedicated following?
Always found this to be drivel, Aerosmith etc, Queen, Def f**king Leopard? just pure thoughtless ****e isn't it? Dreadful garbage.
Thought guns n roses welcome to the jungle album was excellent, but never really liked sweet child o mine. Always grated on me for some reason
