Calm down Ehab. If Mr Allan junior hasn’t of made such a sh** show of the transfer window when we’d have been promoted the money would have sorted itself out. Then all of a sudden he woke up in January and blew the money on a load of expensive tat. So no he didn’t save the club, he ran it down as he’s a egotistical idiot who has no idea dealing with football.
"The money would have sorted itself out" ????? Ah, I get it. Sorry. You add to the 70 odd million, wrong side of the line, quid and all will be well. Once again, my sincere apologies for not realising this would work out well.
Regardless of thoughts of his style of football, or that he ****ed up our European campaign, or that we should've got autos instead of playoffs in 15/16*, he's still the greatest manager this club has had, and while we've had many good managers, to suggest anyone other than him or Browny is plain silly. *(btw, who cares, we ****ed over Sheff Wed, which was arguably better)

UTT and thanks for the memories Steve, Curtis and the rest of the team and staff. I don't like the premier league but we all need a bit more of the great times.
IMO the potential best manager we ever had didnt stay long enough.. or was overlooked until it was too late..
I said many times at the times, the Allams may have been ****s but they weren't daft. They didn't steal the flag they put it away for safe keeping and forgot where they put it.
I enjoy listening to Bruce, he’s been on Talksport a lot recently as well and only spoke positively about his time at City
Just listen to HDM 1904 club podcast who had Steve Bruce as a guest, as always a good listen. One thing he did say, which we all said at the time, that he regrets not going strong enough on our European venture.
With hindsight perhaps and having known we'd be relegated regardless. But if he was to play our strongest 11 whilst also fighting for our Prem survival he'd have been crucified.
We had our best ever squad that season, I see your point but this was Europe. He should have at least had a go at getting to the next stage. We crash out in August/september, there was enough time to worry about the pl
