OK!! And so to more relevant stuff: Not much in this one so far.....no goals so everyone a loser except for Rumney....a default nil score!!!
a correct result for Sparkey makes him this round top scorer. William sneaks in with a nil score!!!! All to play for even if you missed out on the first leg!!!! BfB and I were in a similar game.....got to shake hands and argue with the current king a few times once upon a time.......not the brightest candle on the tree for sure.
FFB, unless I am misunderstanding the scoring in this, I think Hilts should receive 2 points for his 'no scorers' for Norwich and West Brom?
Leeds 1 Norwich 0 Giorginho Rutter Card 23 Southampton 2 (A armstrong) West Brom 1 (Thomas Asante) Card 35
I shook hands with Prince Charles, as he was, at a business event in Cardiff many years ago. It was around the time his Kensington apartment had been burgled. Not sure of BfB wherabouts though. May have been in London.
It's even worse than I thought!!! I gave Rumney a point for correct scorer when he didn't predict at all. There we go!!!! All to play for but BT (honest chap!!!) got a bit of a hill to climb!!!
Very much preliminary results due to my propensity for errors!!!! But I did Nin out of a correct scorer in round 1 (now rectified) and as a result, he shades the top half of the draw. And he would have got the tie breaker anyway since cards were very late in Soton v WBA> Hilts held a good lead and built on it in the second half of the draw. So, I make it a Nin v Hilts final in the Capaldi Cup!!!
