Despite his Chief telling him he has "vacation time built up", he never takes time off. Anyway, not really our type of manager the board go for judging from the potential list of whom we're rumoured to be after.Plenty of experience though.

That statement is not really true though is it! As both of the people named have been heavily praised by the Bellingham family (especially Dodds) for how instrumental they were in the career of Jude who is one of the best footballers on the planet at the minute.
There is no screaming of mediocrity at all and TBH I think most fans would have some concerns but I don't see any panic setting in yet, as for yes men and jobs for the boys well that statement holds very little creedence when put under a spotlight and all the reasons have been hashed out on here numerous times.
Yes KS has made some errors but out of all the HC appointments only MB has proved a failure. Dodds was asked to become an interim coach probably to make sure we got our next appointment right. It's not rocket science to work all this out. The club have waited to sign the right person for the position and not rushed to place somebody (as they did with Beale) and make the same mistake again. That shows a leadership who are learning all the time, all the signs are there to show that the club are learning and developing as they go but if you choose not to look I guess that is up to you.

For me I think Jobe will become a top footballer and your right about his speed with his feet but I also think speed of thought at times lets him down as if he is trying too hard to think what to do next, this seems a common trait with a lot of young players as they transition into the men's game. It normally improves as they mature and their understanding with team mates develop. Jude plays this way a bit more naturally now with quick natural looking movements, but we need to remember Jobe is only 18 and turned 18 during the season so is still young in footballing terms.

There is no narrative. My only agenda is that I think people should behave with decency and respect to other people. Not thinking someone is a good football manager is no excuse to abuse them.
