She'd have been unemployed and looking for jobs. This gives us the security that she's now permanent in that role. Been so ****ing nervous.
Thanks for all the comments it's a strange place this at times that I use as a sounding board to just put things in writing to ease my mind. I don't really care what people say back is what I think but at least it's out of my head and if it's a negative I don't really care but pretty much there's a good bunch of people on here who will either have a laugh without malice or be genuinely supportive. luv you guys.
