You'd think so with those celebrations. I can't remember any such nonsense when we got a 1-1, and we came from behind.
what nonsense, 13 games, won the league? last year Chelsea and Arsenal fell apart. I don't think anyone has said they've won it, 13 games is a bit early, chelsea were strolling last year then the arse fell out
City will not win the league this season as so far they have been very lucky. Even though they thrased us on paper, for long periods we were much the better team and if Evans hadn`t been so unluckily sent off we would probably of beaten them. They have had easy cup draws and have lost to the every top team they have played to this season including us at wembley. They have had no injuries and will struggle when one of their soft strikers get injured as they have no cover. Yaya Toure will be out for the whole of jan and he is their best midfielder. We have players coming back from injury and will continue to get stronger and stronger while they weaken and **** themselves. we threw the game against palace to save having to play a two legged game in a meaningless competition, while they and liverpoo treat it like the biggest competition in the world. we will be saving ourselves for the big prizes again Champions league winners and premiership winners 2012. man u the religion
City will only win the league if we don't manage to catch them. Certainly, neither Arsenal nor 'Pool stand any chance of challenging them, and it looks as though Chelsea have blown their chances, despite their good win today at St James Park. Yes, United have a reasonable chance of catching them, and to be fair, you are probably now our main rivals for 2nd. But, in all honesty, I can't £ity letting this go, not with the quality they have in their squad.
Sorry we (Norwich) couldn't help out.If Morison had been a bit more Suarez and gone down in the 10th minute it could have been different.Look at their next two games though and yours against Wolves and QPR.I think Sir Alex might have a nice Christmas present coming.Good luck United.
I still don't think anyone has got the point of my OP. I wasn't asking "are city so far ahead/so strong that we might as well concede the title to them?" I was saying "why are City celebrating like they've won something, when they've only got a point from a game they were winning"
In all fairness, and speaking as a neutral in the whole United/£ity debate, £ity do seem to be scoring for fun in the EPL, at the moment. They haven't slipped up, yet, and haven't really looked like doing so. It would be surprising if, at this stage, they were to collapse. Not impossible, but surprising, given the quality in depth they have, and with another transfer window close by.
