He hadn’t done much today. Think he just wanted to try and bypass two centre backs.

Not a disaster.... by the reaction it's a classic case of a game we should win syndrome. Probably needed to play out best players rather than persisting with the with longstaff and Murphy...never mind..

Anderson seems allergic to a ****ing end product. Always slipping, scuffing, slicing, overhitting. Seems to have talent, but looks like just another player who is never going to win anything. The substitutions - which I don't know about - seemed ****ing idiotic, I don't know why you take Isak off, keep the exact same shape that isn't working, and so on, but that's been a common theme particularly on the road.

Barnes is a bang average player - hard to see how he was an upgrade on ASM with, what, 3 goals all season? Almiron, Longstaff, Murphy, Krafth, Dubravka only highlight week in, week out, that you'll never succeed with that level of player.

Disappointing that Brighton have our number, yet again, but Spurs will beat Sheff U easily anyway. Huge hopes for Forest but that Old Trafford game is now really important else we're out of Europe and behind two teams who've been for the most part atrocious. He won't be binned (Howe) but if he manages to pull 8th from this position I'll be ****ing furious.

Howes subs never work tbh.... I'll now wait for people to say way about the west ham game but he only brought Barnes and hall on after his other subs went off injured.

Got to win at Old Trafford and away at Brentford... think we'll finish 8th

Chelsea will finish 6th I think 6th we can probably forget.. it's whether we can land 7th and that is what I'd like anyway... I want Newcastle to win something

Maybe Howe was keeping the players fresh for the manu game.

We are in danger of letting things go at the last minute…… again.

As a club failure is in our DNA.

On the positive side, at least Wilson and Miggy are a step closer to the exit door.

Miggy really pissed me off with that dive. He didn’t need to do it and we had a goalscoring opportunity.

Thankyou for the nice smiles but if we are serious about getting better he has to go.

    Simple as that.

I think Howe simply pre plans his games including subs unless forced. In other words he doesn't make changes based on what's taking place. He seems to wait until a certain time and make the changes he intended in the main anyway. Ultimately I don't think Howe ever gets any change out of his in game management. The only one was home to West Ham and that was a forced change following an injury to a previously made one.

Today isn't a disaster nothing much has changed got to win the last 2 probably.

Missed Wilsons presence Today.. if he goes they need to spend money...Isak is great at some things but he offers nothing in others.. literally our worst player Today but others will get pelters.

Isak needs someone to play off imo.

Well Spurs won and I guess we were not going to catch them. Manu win the next game and Wednesday becomes important.

I reckon we will win that game but it would be so us to lose it and end up 7th.

Wilson is a crock. I am sick of him being injured. He’s made of balsa wood.
