If Spurs game means anything, our slump is over. Awful timing and ruined the end of our season a little... But now we just focus on giving Klopp the best send off we can.
Yeah, this is a tough away game.Did I hear Citeh and Arsenal have lost there? Villa looked knackered last night and have a long injury list though. Some predicting a score draw.
Villa play a stupidly high line and as such catch players offside a hell of a lot. Means they can press up higher as well so do feel we need to either be brave and play through that press, or just bypass it completely and go long into the spaces. It’s tricky one as you’d think Nunez diaz Salah should be all over this with space to run in behind - nunez especislly with his pace. However nunez doesn’t know what the offside rule is. Feel like could go either way and he either times it right and gets in behind numerous times. If he gets caught offside 5 times
Manchester United sometimes bring up a surprise, and can surprise Arsenal on Sunday. I cannot see City losing to Fulham to be honest.
This is a pure who cares game. The spurs game is up before this and spurs must win to make this game actually mean much.
I was hoping spurs would not win yesterday but they grabbed a lat goal so not villa will have the prospect of spurs shocking city in the back of their minds amd this going to the last day So as per my first post "spurs must win to make this mean anything" they did.
Both posts are quite consistent. We all know spurs will get handed their heads by city but villa have to at least feel the pressure enough to want to win this one now. I was hoping they would be celebrating cl football and take their eye off things.
Rumours abound that kaide Gordon maybe in the squad for tonight and may be klopps last player launch (or relaunch in this case)
He looks like he's really come on even though he was out for injury/minding. He might as well be kicking round with u14s as u21s he looks that good at that level right now.
