Great opening to a speech (as used by my dad at my wedding):

"Ladies and gentlemen, this is not the first time today that I have stood up from a warm seat with a piece of white paper in my hand" <laugh>

"There has been a lot of talk that he should have won and could have won. For me Joe got him jumping beautifully and two out he looked like he was going to pull away and win by five. We all watched it and thought he was going to win but he got nabbed by a very good horse who he was trying to give 7lb to."

Hasn't Colin Tizzard, in trying to defend his son's ride on Cue Card, explained exactly why it was a poor ride?!

    Well done Dexter

Jason Maguire must be gutted there on Chester Lad - jumped superbly and led all the way then just got tired on the run-in, fluffed the last and the 7lbs claimer nabs him on the line
