I think what is clear and you've said this multiple times is that he's not leaving before the window.

I read this thread with interest, all the differing views on what really is internet guesswork who some take as gospel, others dismiss.
My view is to just wait until the club officially announce whose actually got the job.

We've limited ourselves a bit this time though by being convinced it's either Maric or Still. Someone needs to make up another credible rumour to spice things up a bit.
I agree with you mate, people get so twisted when they are told something, I’m no way ITK and never have been and I remember posting on here last year when we were in America about Tony Mowbray when he told a load of us fans that Stewart was definitely off as the club couldn’t see him recovering properly from his injury and were looking to cash in, I was lambasted on here for posting it then valla, it came true, I only passed on what he said. I didn’t bother me one iota as it was true.
As for Bob, I met him this season in the PC the game after Mowbray went and he told me about what was to come with Beale and Dodds and the state of the club and showed me messages to corroborate that and guess what, it actually panned out exactly like he said and the messages he showed me.
I know the information changes from what people are told, but some people need to get a life and accept what people say, if it doesn’t emerge then so what, just move on.

That's what I can't grasp tbh, the rest of what he posts doesn't bother me unless it's guesswork posted as absolute fact, such as KLD selling up and Sartori buying another club, both untrue. Showing strangers personal messages, for no good reason, is just betraying confidences ...
... Bob can't be sitting, as a guest, with KLD, KS, etc, then repeating the private conversations and club business imo. How will openly posting that the club is toxic help us appoint a new manager or attract the best players in the window. What Bob sees as Speakman's arrogance may be nothing more than Bob's opinion, right or wrong.
Anyone mentioning the contents of a pm, on this forum, is called a grass.

I'm sure I'm not alone in enjoying the posts which come from those who obviously are getting info,like @Bob the Mackem,who certainly has connections. They need to be considered for what they are..snippets of behind the scenes news,often someone's informed opinion ,which can highly likely change before it even gets to us. It gives us plenty of opportunity for speculation and debate,which can only be good for this forum.
I would hate to see a situation where an itk gets so much abuse to the point he won't post anything,as has happened several times over the road.
I respect your opinion and agree with the premise of betraying confidences. I'm glad you have told Bob and it is up to his conscious to do what is best.

What I can never respect is cosying up to people for freebies then attacking them behind their backs. Much of what Bob has posted about Speakman pulling KLD's pants down and KLD being a mammy's boy sponging off his family is completely out of order.
