Graham Potter's Black and Amber Army sounds far better than Steve Cooper's. I trust Acun and Tan will consider us twerps on the terrace and act accordingly.

One of Rosenior’s daughters isn’t happy about the decision.

Well in my humble opinion the sacking was justified. The home performances at times have been dire and lacking any creative spark.

Just out of interest if we'd finished 7th but played more exciting and entertaining football
would that have made a difference ?

Is it because we missed out on the playoffs or is it the style of football ?

Imo it's the missing out on the play offs, mixed with the poor home form and just how dire some of the home performances have been all added together.

I also think the fact some of the players felt the need to go above him and tan etc needing to interject for things to change, will have really made him start to think

From REALFL magazine... on Willl Still... some of the copy and a very interesting video they posted...

Still is open to the idea of moving to the Championship. In an interview back in February with The Athletic, the managerial prodigy stated that his dream is to manage in the Premier League one day but would also be keen to take over a club in the second tier with the potential to reach the promised land.

“I would work for a Championship team without a problem,” he said.

“If there’s a Championship club that’s ambitious, that wants to work in the right way and be open and honest about things, and really try and push to get somewhere, then I would love to do that.

“Obviously, the Premier League is the ultimate dream for any manager in the world. I’m not in a rush, either. It’s not that, if I come to England, I have to go to the Premier League, or I have to go to this or that club. If something fits then it fits, and I’d be just as happy doing that.”

Still is one of the best young coaches in the world, has a proven track record of developing young players and holds an incredible tactical brain. At Reims, on a limited budget, he managed two consecutive draws against Paris Saint-Germain, a side that boasted some of the greatest players on the planet, including Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and none other than eight-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi.

TAKE SOME MINUTES TO WATCH IT.... HE TALKS GREAT SENSE....

Good question, yes I think it would have made a difference. Had we been more flexible and adventurous going forward we’d have got 3,4,5 more points that see us into the playoffs

If we had entertained but lost out because of better teams, I genuinely think he’d still be in place. He probably would have kept his job also if we had got to the playoffs and lost.

I would have thought it boils down to the players who went to the management and told them Rosenior was no good. The sudden change of style was more likely an order not Rosenior suddenly deciding to ditch his system and go wild.
I said at the very beginning he wasn't liked by many players at Derby because they felt he talked too much and couldn't back it up.
People posted on here about a similar intervention from players at City just before the change of tactic.
Acun isn't a stupid man, he was told Rosenior isn't the right manager and acted.

Perhaps having Aaron Connoly on his 2024/2025 player list was the final straw, who knows?
