The signal to noise ratio is rather poor on Xitter

I blame Alsopp for the sacking. If he had quicker reflexes he could have saved Liam's job!!

It *could* turn out to be a good decision or it *could* as easily be a disaster that costs the club dearly in the long run, with us turning into a club that sacks, sacks, sacks until we plummet down the leagues – we won’t know for months, at least.

None of us can see the future, so I’d say to you, and most of the others on here highlighting how “right” they were, that it’s a bit soon to get up on your high horse. Might wanna get down before we appoint someone hopeless and you look like a fool.

The building blocks pretty much went after the final whistle was blown last Saturday. There really isn't that much left, bar Omur, Tufan and some money from Greaves and possibly Philogene.
Look at this, consider who is still with us, then try to explain why I'm wrong. https://www.wearehullcity.co.uk/teams/
A big opportunity has been missed. When you look at what we're left with, something's clearly wrong and big change needed.

I’m shocked, to say the least, I personally think it’s the wrong decision & there’s far too many of Acun’s first transfer window still causing a back log issue.
However, I also said sacking Barmby was a bad idea & then up pops Steve Bruce.
So if Acun’s got a similar situation lined up, then it’s going to be an interesting time ahead.

Chris Chair of HCST on Humberside nailed it... I thought he would be against the sacking BUT NO... he said, if you multiplied the first half of the season x 2 we would have had 55 points... (not verbatim) and in that regard if he had not had connections to Hull there would not have been this outcry.

What if you multiplied the 2nd half of the season by 2?

Can't say I'm surprised with the decision to part with Rosie, wish him every success wherever he reappears. That said I have every faith in where Acun is trying to take us, and his along with Tans input are more important, and will ultimately define a style of football and success that we are all seeking (hopefully). Some of Rosies style was absolutely brilliant, but it happened too infrequently. We seem preoccupied with saving the point we started with rather than going all out for the three on offer.

For what it’s worth it is a sad day. I just think Ajun wants more attacking and entertainment for the crowds whilst being successful. It could be Liam is refusing to change his process. This could of been the thing that tipped the balance.

I'm not going to start slating Acun for something I was calling for after Stoke (because at the time I'd had enough of such performances at home which were becoming all too regular) but I must admit I'm concerned that something seems a little off.

Obviously the PR gave the right impression but I'd always felt something wasn't quite right with the appointment in the first place. We'll never know how far down the list Liam was and at what point he came into their thinking but it felt, to me at least, as though they'd almost stumbled into appointing him after their first choices had turned us down. They obviously didn't appoint him on a whim but I'm not convinced he was ever their man, particularly given how different his style is to Acun's more attacking preference.

Not just about the players and the squad. Rosenior had changed a lot behind the scenes in fairness. I remember speaking to Seri at a Q&A after the appointment and he said compared to Shota it was night and day. Granted not a high bar.

Recruitment also comes down to the owners as well. We've been heavy on loans rather than trying to build a project like all the conjecture has been stating. If you ask me the big change was needed but if we end up with a similar manager and still bringing in big loans with very little quality permanent additions I would question whats the ****ing point
