I've said it many times but it still doesnt seem to sink in. When people sign a contract there are various clauses in the contract. Acun could easilty have inserted a clause which stated the club could sack the manager if they didnt achieve top 6. Both sides would be happy with that deal if Liam had a pay rise and Acun promised to sign several quality players.

I've calmed down a bit. I got behind him for the most part but honestly, deep down I never truly believed. It took a long time for us to look like a team who could attack which never really sat right with me, it really shouldn't have been like that with the players at our disposal. I felt in each window there were some odd decisions in personnel, most notably the strikers and being left so short in the centre of the pitch (especially during AFCON). I wish Rosie all the best and do think he can go on and make a great manager but perhaps Hull City is not the place for early development with so much at stake and I say that with a heavy heart.
I think 'proven gaffers' are a fallacy anyway. Teams that have done well in recent years have found good managers and stuck with them. Thomas Frank, Graham Potter, Kieran McKenna. Shipping in a big name rarely guarantees success. It's usually done by clubs who don't have a clear plan and think they can just shortcut success.
Wow….im in shock, just come out of a 2 hour long meeting to be told Acun has sacked Liam….not a ****ing chance was my response….cant believe it. seems a very strange decision, we finished 7th, clear progress on the season before. This does not make any sense
