Martin gets a 4 from me because from what I've seen, it's been the quality of the squad that has got us to 4th. He can't turn a game round when it's going wrong. It's been a mainly fun season because we've been racking up goals against far inferior opponents rather than his tactics.

Nah, we've never come from behind to get a point or 3 this season, none at all ... everyone was praising him earlier in the season based on his in-game tactical changes winning us points. You're being very harsh there I feel.

Oh how fickle fans are ...

I'm not necessarily talking about games where we've gone behind. It's the games where the other manager has made changes and Martin does **** all about it. So we go from dominating one half to either hanging on or blowing a lead.

I have shown it before but to repeat we are miles behind the other teams in the top 6 at positive game management. Way behind in both keeping leads and turning deficits into wins.
