He's been the best of the three but nothing special. We're not getting any sort of control from any of them atm. Bentancur looks way off the pace which is very worrying.
The press the opposition, move into spaces to receive the ball defend with a high line. Not gonna derail the match thread but it his his team, the players should follow his instructions
Saddest thing is I don’t think it matters who plays CF at the moment, they’re never getting the ball. Richarlison had the fewest touches of any player at HT against Chelsea and Son only had one more. Apparently neither player had a touch in the opposition box either. It feels like it’s been as such for a while, just no idea what we’re doing in training at the moment. It’s just a complete mess. I’m practically checked out for the season now though, bring on the summer.
The team has given up. They're on the beach, relying on getting wins against Burnley and Sheff Utd to scrape 5th. Body language is abysmal.
We are basically a mid table team. The early form has skewed the league position of where we should be. It’s laughable that we are even in the conversation for a champions league place. We would be so out of our depth it would be embarrassing. Unless we have the mother of all summer transfer windows I can see us finishing about 9th next season at best
