Hoedt was 8th, burgess n wolfenden were both in the top 15 Love watching ipswich, best team to watch this season imo
As someone who works with data in football, it can be skewed to fit whatever narrative you want. The key is to look at data relevant to your team and the style you play.
Remarkable that Ballard and O'Nien have both rated so high when we've conceded so many and performed poorly for some time. Real credit to them, imagine how dire the situation would be if they weren't so capable. Definitely food for thought for the recruitment team, suggests a quality DM is absolutely essential to stop us being cut open so easily. Not that it's news to many.
Just saw Speakman in Roker with his wife and kids. Imagine that arrogant ****er thinking it’s ok to be out and about after that **** show?!? All jokes aside I hope he doesn’t bump into any daft lads
He got stick on the train back from Millwall last season. Dread to think what people would say this season
I might be in the minority but I enjoyed seeing Evans back. Nothing flash but very effective off the ball. Calm and confident when receiving the ball, then plays the right pass and plays it quickly.
He's a good player and we've missed him badly this season. That said, I don't think he will get a new deal so that's the last we will see of him in a SAFC shirt imo.
Just got home and am 7 or 8 pints deep, but that was a ****ing coward's performance today. Absolutely disgusting from 1-11. Roberts, Ekwah, Clarke, Styles and Alese were particularly bad. Other than Rigg I wouldn't shed a single tear if any of those gutless ****ers left the club this summer
Nice applause for Jack Shields in the 29th minute. Lovely lad, followed the lads all over. Was only speaking to him at Leeds the other week. He was at Watford last Saturday too before the horrible news early Sunday morning. RIP Jack
Yes it was terrible news. Wife used to work with him and his mam and my son-in-law has known him for years. He went to a lot of the away games with him. Tragic.
