Can't work out whats being said here about Broadhead. Was this when he went on loan instead of coming here or before Ipswhich? Because AN made comment about him not having the stomach to come back and fight for a place in the team?
I'm presuming they are talking about before he went to wigan, but for some reason our fans forget he went there and say he picked Ipswich over us.

Couldn't care less if he's best mates with Sartori...KLD owns the club...he took the time to pick Speakman out...I just can't see him going **** it, Juan's mate is available, he seems completely incompatible with the role...he's the man!

Then when he was available and went to Ipswich I think he had showed the club he wasn't the right mindset?

Not sure we were in for him in the January when he went to Ipswich.
His best form has came as a left winger for Ipswich and i'm not sure he's better than Clarke and as you say his mentality seems questionable. Don't think missing out on him is the disaster some make it out to be.
Who knows mate. Often you get negative news only after a player goes elsewhere.
Bottom line for me, anyone who really watched Broadhead for us must surely have seen a real talented centre forward. He was very good back to goal, turned really quickly, had a brilliant first touch and a sixth sense for space. I think it was a mistake not signing him here, but he genuinely no idea if he wanted to. Would be surprised with a lad of his character (i know an everton coach who gave me insight) had any fear or doubts. Others suggest otherwise. The truth is in Broadheads head only I suspect. Still wish he was here though, lovely footballer.
Good coach or not, I feel we need freshening up. I hope he goes with Speakman, personally
